Your Private Drain is the drain that serves your property until the point of connection to a Shared System or the Public Sewer. A Shared Drain has not been adopted by the Water Authority and is the responsability of al the users. The Public Sewer is the responsability of the local Water Authority.

Our operatives are Confined Space Entry Trained, which means we can enter a tank or manhole in a safe manner. Provision of risk assessment and method statement with permit to work comes as standard.
